Registering online does not guarantee your spot in a tournament.  Our policy is the first paid teams are locked into a tournament regardless of what order they've signed up on the website.  You are officially registered when your payment is received.

Registration and Check-in Time: Opens at TBD CST.

First games begin at TBD CST.

The tournament will consist of 18-20 teams of 5-7 players in a pond hockey style setting.

Each team is required to register a minimum of 5 players.

Game format is 3v3

There will be three divisions with two pools each, separated by a team's indicated skill level. We reserve the right to move teams to a different skill level if necessary.

Each team will play 2 games within their division with the 1 and 2 seeds playing an additional division game to determine the two teams for each division's championship game. The 3rd seeds from each division will play a consolation game.

The schedule for each division will be sent after registration closes. 

Games will consist of two 15 minute periods of play with a 2 minute intermission between periods.

Signup cost is $400 PER TEAM. 

We will have another donation raffle with various items. Players will have the opportunity to donate money for raffle tickets throughout the day. Tickets will be drawn at a specified time on the schedule. 

We will also have Cupcheck Cancer t-shirts and other apparel available for suggested minimum donations at the tournament
